Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. Taya777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.

All transactions on Taya777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied to your account balance. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods supported by the platform at the time of your transaction.

Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and bank transfers through Philippine online banking. Taya777 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment channel used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Processing times vary depending on the method used:

• E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
• Bank transfers to Philippine bank accounts may take additional processing time depending on the receiving bank.

Taya777 may delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is a pending verification requirement, an active bonus with wagering conditions attached, or if a transaction triggers a fraud or compliance review. In such cases, support will notify the account holder and request any necessary documentation.

During an investigation, withdrawals and account access may be temporarily restricted. If an investigation concludes that prohibited behaviour has occurred, the account will be closed and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending further review.

Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of any game on the platform is subject to the end-user terms of the relevant provider in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility as a registered player to review these terms periodically.
